Teams were stretched thin. Communication was breaking down. And leaders were holding everything together with sheer grit and exhaustion.

More About The Founder
Hi, I'm Layla.
Layla Anderson founded People Partner Solutions to help mission-driven organizations build internal systems that reflect the equity and impact they stand for.
With a background in nonprofit leadership and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, Layla's focus is in supporting social impact teams through culture transformation, strategy development, and leadership growth.
Her work is grounded in the belief that purpose-led organizations deserve thoughtful, people-centered infrastructure—and that meaningful change starts from within.
Layla’s perspective is shaped by her lived experience as a Black woman in leadership and her commitment to building sustainable, community-centered organizations. In addition to her consulting practice, she serves as an HR Consultant at Workday, where she supports enterprise clients in designing future-ready people strategies.
When she’s not collaborating with clients, Layla enjoys creating intentional community spaces, exploring new cities, and cooking with family and friends.

Branding & Events Consultant
Matt Sherman
Matt Sherman specializes in branding, cultural strategy, and live event activation. For 10 years, Matt Sherman has led brand development and produced digital showcases spotlighting emerging talent.
With a background in digital marketing and artist community engagement, he has built and scaled creative platforms that bridge music, technology, and culture.
Previously, he directed campaigns and events that grew platforms artist base and audience reach. A graduate of the University of Southern California in Communication, Sherman brings expertise in branding, storytelling, and experiential marketing.
